To contact the U.S. Senators from your state

  • Scroll down to your state. Click on the highlighted name of the senator you wish to contact.

  • You will be immediately directed to the personal Webpage for that senator, which will contain his or her contact information.

To contact the U.S. Representative from your district

  • Look under Member Information.

  • Click on the "State" drop-down box and select your state. Then press the "View" button next to the drop-down box.

  • When the list of representatives comes up, choose the highlighted name of your representative. The list is organized by district number, with the major city in each district listed next to the representative's name and district number. When you click on the name of your representative, you will be immediately directed to the personal Webpage for that representative, which will contain his or her contact information.
