I have read the messages and wish him all the luck in the world. He is right - we are the forgotten cancer. This illness is a very lonely place to be. I hope he can fight for our rights and I hope his operations is a complete success. Although I am still quite well, I was told that the chemotherapy ALIMTA was not expected to be a cure but if I can get another 10 years like Jack Ruda, another brave man from your web-site, I will be well satisfied. I have sent for Jack's book because he is another fighter. Good luck to all of us and god bless everyone.

He and I both seem to have similar paths of MPM and both are looking to Dr. David Sugarbaker in Boston for relief of the dread consequences of our malignancy. ie dropping dead..

Thanks for the great information. Through Dr. Jacklitsch at Brigham
& Women's Hospital, he was referred to me and we have spoken on
the phone.
Thanks and keep up the good fight.
