National Asbestos Awareness Week
Thanks to the work of dedicated advocates around the
nation, the first week of April has been designated
"National Asbestos Awareness Week" by the U.S.
Senate. The
Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization, one of the
country's leading voices for victims of asbestos
disease, has posted a
release commemorating the week and the
text of the resolution.
The Law Office of Roger G. Worthington supports our
senators who have designated the first week of April as a
time to raise awareness about the dangers of asbestos. We
also salute the diverse individuals and organizations who
continue working to prevent future asbestos poisoning and
who are working to find a cure for asbestos-related
diseases.
