RE: Class Action Abuse Project

Dear Arthur,

I am delighted to report that my colleague, Roger Worthington, has graciously and generously agreed to contribute $25,000 to TLPJ's Class Action Abuse Project. A check is enclosed.

Roger has been a hard working soldier in the trenches for asbestos victims for many years and was as horrified and shocked as the rest of us when the Locks/Motley/Aldock monster surfaced as Georgine. This check is to acknowledge the many hundreds of hours of work put in by TLPJ staff to help stop the victimization of asbestos victims by those self-interested lawyers.

We all know that additional abusive class action cases are still extent around the country. Hopefully Roger's contribution will be used to continue TLPJ's exhaustive effort to end this Rule 23 nightmare for other unwitting and unwilling class members. Keep up the great work!

SINCERELY,

FREDERICK M. BARON
