How Can You Help CureMesothelioma? MARF!

A foundation has been created to raise funds to be used for research on new therapies for malignant mesothelioma. The foundation is called The Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation, Inc. (MARF), a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charity. MARF's mission is to eradicate mesothelioma as a life-ending disease. You can read more about MARF at http://www.marf.org.

MARF encourages lawyers and their clients to consider making a small donation from settlements obtained in asbestos litigation. This program will insure that MARF has a long-term revenue stream. For more information about the types of research that MARF hopes to fund, please click on http://www.marf.org/marfFrames/sponsoredResearchFrame.htm

The Law Offices of Roger G. Worthington, PC is providing its mesothelioma clients the attached addition to the employment agreement. This is a completely voluntary program. Patients or claimants are not required morally, ethically or legally to contribute.

You are encouraged to speak to your lawyer about contributing to MARF. Keep Hope Alive!

Sandy Hazen and Dr. Cameron

Building A Brighter Future for Meso Patients

Sandy Hazen and Dr. Robert Cameron are pleased with the progress that MARF has made so far, but understand that much more work needs to be done. Ms. Hazen, who lost her husband Tom to the tumor on December 23, 2000, has contributed $25,000 to the foundation. Dr. Cameron continues to devote his career to improving and extending the lives of mesothelioma patients from around the world.

This is ABSOLUTELY VOLUNTARY. Whether you wish to donate is purely your decision and will not affect ATTORNEY's prosecution of your claim.
