Oppose Senate Bill 1125 Chillicothe, OH
|
Hello, First let me say Thank you for speaking for those individuals that can no longer speak for themselves and one of those individuals is my father-in-law. He died of Mesothelioma on April 25, 2000 after only finding out in December 1999 that he had the fatal disease. He was unaware that he had ever been exposed to it and what he may have known the company that he worked for told him that it wasn't that bad. Nothing like it could kill you later in life if you inhale just one fiber. I am very interested and would like to help out in anyway I can with this. My father-in-law was only 53 years old and had 3 beautiful grandchildren at the time that he will never get the chance to watch them grow up. I am very upset at the fact that again law makers want to penalize individuals that are suffering by saying that they should only get a certain amount of money. Again if they were the ones suffering or suffered a loss they would feel completely different. I totally support your efforts and if there is anything that I can do I will. Just let me know. I live in Chillicothe, Ohio. Thank you!!! Sincerely,
Jeannie Ogan
