Clydeside Action on Asbestos - Glasgow, Scotland

September 1, 1997

I am writing on behalf of Clydeside Action on Asbestos, an asbstos victim support group in Scotland. We are trying to obtain as much information as possible on gene therapy trials on mesothelioma, especially if there are any trials currently taking place in either Scotland or the UK. We would be extremely grateful for any information you could provide.

Medical Search from Scotland

August 28, 1997

Dear Sir

I write on behalf of one our chest consultants at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, Scotland - Dr David Franklin.

He has a patient with mesothelioma - we are doing updated Index Medicus searches, but are wanting more current material on new treatments, clinical trials, etc.

Can you help by suggesting contacts, or web site addresses?

Many thanks

Rob:

I am copying your email to Dr. Harvey Pass, Dr. Dan Sterman and Dr. David Sugarbaker. They are world renown experts in treating mesothelioma patients. Carolyn Clarymacy works with Dr. David Jablons in San Francisco.

Best Wishes,
Roger Worthington, Esq
